New organizational inclusion    cop Forming!

Organizational Inclusion is about building workplaces where everyone can do their best work and feel part of the team.   This new Community of Practice will:

• Look at how team dynamics, leadership choices, and daily workflows impact the overall workplace experience.
• Share practical ideas, tools, and real world examples for making inclusion a natural part of how the organization operates and succeeds.

The first kick-off meeting will be held on Thursday, October 9, 2025 and registration is open!

2026 leader team  Nominations are now open

The Nominating Committee has begun our Board and Leader recruitment for 2026.  The deadline to submit your nominations is Friday, September 19th!  You can potentially serve on our Elected and Appointed Board as …

• President or Co-President -- nominees for President must have served at least 1 year as an elected or appointed Board member
• VP for Bimonthly Programs
• Secretary
• Treasurer
• Hospitality Director
• Emeritus Director (non-voting advisors)

Other ways to offer Leadership to GOOD might be: 

• a Community of Practice (CoP) leader,
• a Committee Member (DEI, Membership, or Communications, 
• a creator of other opportunities to serve our GOOD community.

FALL DUES SPECIAL ON NOW

4th Quarter Membership Dues Special for New Members 

For potential new 2026 members who want to join right away, please take advantage of our 4th Quarter Dues Special!  New individual members who join NOW will pay 2026 dues of $75.00 and receive the rest of 2025 for free!  This is 15 months of GOOD programming and activities all the way through to December 31, 2026.  Go to the JOIN page!

If you have a Corporate Group of five members or more, you can also take advantage of this special.  Our Membership VP can help you create your group!  New Corporate Groups of 5 can join at $375.00 and a group of 10 for $700.00.  Please reach out to the  Membership VP to set up your group and get more exact dues pricing for your group size.

Communities of practice 2025 

Our Internal Consulting CoP is meeting bimonthly with new leaders:  Yogi Mueller and Cassie Wojcik.  If you want to learn more about the Internal Consulting CoP, contact:  internalconsulting@goodnetwork.us.

The Coaching CoP has Karen Agrait and Don Knagge  at the helm and also meets bimonthly in 2025.  Check the Events Calendar or reach out to Don and Karen for more information.

The External Consulting CoP has  monthly meetings planned for 2025.  All are posted on the Events Calendar.  Kamaria Scott is leading the group again this year.

LD2 -- the combined Community of Practice explores both Learning & Development AND Leadership Development.  It meets bimonthly and is led by Kristine Ryan. 

Organizational Inclusion -- our newest Community of Practice is focused on building workplaces where people can do their best work.  It is led by Brandon Wilks.

Project Management brings together organizational development professionals who share a passion for project management.  It is led by Marissa Caravelis.
