Facilitators:

Dr. Gary Owens, BCC, PCC  is an ICF Professional Certified Coach and founder of Amplifi Coaching, bringing nearly two decades of healthcare executive experience leading complex operations and multimillion-dollar initiatives. Through his direct yet compassionate approach, he helps leaders navigate transitions and teams build strategic capacity for lasting organizational impact.

Stephen J. Miller is a globally experienced learning strategist and certified virtual facilitator with over 20 years of creatively applying adult learning, leadership development, and employee engagement in business transformation. He has consulted organizations like Disney, Mitsubishi, and Lockheed Martin to support talent, build leadership pipelines while aligning learning with strategic goals. He is most used in times of high growth or change. Flexible programs like mentoring, team coaching, and group coaching are some of his tools to driving a learning culture. Currently, Stephen leads all training and learning for Vander Weele Group, a nationally recognized and growing grants monitoring and oversight firm.

Don Knagge, CPC, PCC of 7th Evolution Coaching & Consulting, works as an Executive Leadership Coach working with Individuals & teams. 

Karen Agrait, PCC is a leadership and TD/OD practitioner who helps individuals and teams unlock their potential through strengths-based strategies.  With certifications like PCC, High-Performance Coach, KornFerry 360 and Gallup CliftonStrengths, she brings a data-driven approach to leadership development and cultural transformation. Karen specializes in assessment analytics, employee experience, and driving meaningful change.
