Suzan Hochstetler, Secretary

Suzan is a Senior Consultant with Curium Solutions focusing on empowering people and organizations across the world to achieve their personal and business potential through best practices, customized tools, models and frameworks. She has over 25 years of experience delivering successful outcomes for some of the most recognized global brands.

Kathryn Farynowski, Director of Hospitality

Photo of Kathryn FarynowskiKathryn has served in multiple executive roles during her career, primarily in Supply Chain, Quality, and Data Science.  She became active in GOOD to enhance her skills in planning and change management.  Her work experience includes positions with Whirlpool, Fortune Brands, Haworth, and Orange County, and she now focuses on volunteer work including leadership roles with Rotary.  She is a registered Professional Engineer and received ASQ certification in Quality and Organizational Excellence.


Michael Gorritz, Bimonthly Programs VP 

Mike is a Certified Organizational Development Professional (ODCP) with nearly 10 years of experience working on OD-related initiatives. He is the founder Org Dev Group, an OD consulting firm, whose mission is to help owners and leaders of SMB companies achieve their strategic objectives through the creation of effective processes and culture synergy. He was previously the Head of OD for a 7-time national Inc. 5,000 Company. For 15 years he has led people across diverse industries and roles. In addition to GOOD, he is an active board member of Junior Achievement of Central Florida. Mike enjoys outdoor adventures, martial arts, and spending time with his family.


Susan Havill, Community Programs & Events Director

Susan is an Organization Development Consultant specializing in talent development, change management and strategic communications.  She has worked in leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson, Marriott International, Orlando Health, Lockheed Martin and the Walt Disney World Resort for over 15 years.  Currently Susan is looking for her next great career opportunity.

Vicki Bautista, Membership VP

Photo of Vicki Bautista Vicki is a Career Coach devoted to helping people identify their distinct genius and apply a strategic and intentional approach to seeking possibilities to attain career purpose and fulfillment.   She served in various HR leadership roles at YUM Brands where she combined her passion and know how for talent capability, organizational development, strategic contribution and service to institute and champion business solutions that propel individuals and teams to achieve breakthrough performance.


Renee DeRouin-Jessen, Emeritus Director

Renée's consulting background includes 14+ years with global and U.S.-based organizations, including Hilton, Marriott, Lockton Companies, and Healthfirst, serving as a senior strategist and advisor on talent solutions and organizational development. Renee's passion is guiding organizations on how to improve individual and team performance and advance talent goals, all while aligning to key business objectives. Renee is also a member of the Community Advisory Board of United Against Poverty Orlando (UP Orlando).

Deb Mitchell, Treasurer

Years of leading, coaching and mentoring for top performance, through issues and crisis, across career challenges and opportunities at Fortune 500 companies (Cardinal Health, L Brands and Wendy’s) and consulting with individuals across a wide variety of industries (manufacturing, professional and financial services among others) led Deb to coaching. She coaches from the Director to the C-Suite level, developing leadership approach and style, and improving team effectiveness and employee engagement. Deb also works with individuals at every “age and stage” of their careers to gain clarity around the best fit path forward.


Mark Griffiths, Emeritus Director (Also leads Technology CoP)

Photo of Mark Griffiths Mark is the client partner for Newleaf Training and Development in Florida and Georgia.  He is responsible for business development and setting the strategic direction across the Florida and Georgia. 

 

Krystena Sterling, Emeritus Director

photo of Krystena SterlingKrystena is an Executive Coach and Industrial-Organizational Psychologist specializing in leadership development, coaching, and emotion in the workplace.  She has been working in the learning, OD and coaching field for over 15 years.   Currently, Krystena  works at Lockheed Martin Space as a Leadership Development Consultant.

Susanne Walker,  Mentoring Co-Chair


Susanne has an enduring interest in helping leaders build strong, effective teams by increasing their capacity to achieve goals and thrive in their roles. She uses a step-by-step, insight-to-action approach to clarify values, tap into strengths, and build confidence as they work to realize their potential. Susanne is a certified coach, facilitator, and trainer with extensive experience in leadership coaching, leadership and team development, and group facilitation. She also has focused on strategic planning, learning program design and delivery, and program evaluation throughout her career. She has applied her broad experience to roles in the public, private, non-profit, and academic sectors.

Kamaria Scott, External Consulting Chair

Kamaria is the Founder and CEO of Enetic, a boutique consulting firm that specializes in helping organizations improve employee engagement, well-being and performance. She has over 20 years’ experience implementing human-centered learning and OD solutions to improve organizational culture, performance, and experience in healthcare, financial services, and technology organizations.  


Jennifer Gonzalez, Mentoring Co-Chair

Photo of Jennifer Gonzalez Jennifer is a Success Coach Team Lead with UCF Online, providing virtual coaching services to fully online undergraduate and graduate students from inquiry to graduation. She also leads a team of Success Coaches with their development. Her 10 plus years of experience in the hospitality, mental health counseling, research, and higher education fields provide a unique perspective on supporting others holistically throughout their personal and professional growth.


Kristine Ryan, Leadership Development & Learning and Development  Chair

Photo of Kristine Ryan Kristine is originally from Chicago and has experience in counseling, coaching, instructional design, and leadership development. Most of her career has been in mental health and healthcare, and her passion is in helping people who help people. A GOOD member since 2020 (with a break during part of 2022), she loves how the members support each other and share their knowledge. She approaches learning, leadership, and what makes people tick with curiosity. She is influential, positive, and determined to understand people in order to drive increased emotional intelligence and application of learning.


Richard Ray, Internal Consulting Co-Chair

Photo of Richard Ray With over 20 years in the Talent space, Richard currently serves as the Global Director of Talent for Mars Science and Diagnostics. In this role, he shapes the strategy for Talent Acquisition, Development, and Management. Holding two Master's degrees—one in Organization Development and Leadership and another in Post Secondary and Adult Education—Richard is passionate about networking with like-minded professionals. Connect with him to explore the latest insights in talent management and contribute to the ongoing dialogue about unlocking human potential


Deborah Novak, Internal Consulting Co-Chair

Photo of Deborah Novak Deborah Novak, MBA has helped leaders build high-performing sustainable teams for 15 years. She brings depth and breadth of change management strategies, executive coaching and leadership development design and delivery to being the Internal Consulting Co-Chair. She is certified in PROSCI change management, LMAP 360 Senior Executive Assessments and is a certified Marcus Buckingham Standout 2.0 Coach. When in health care, she presented nationally on Team Engagement as a Driver for Patient Experience, Employee Engagement, Retention and Promotion. She thinks strategically and builds strong collaborative client partnerships while delivering tactically.
