BOARD OF DIRECTORS - Voting

Kamaria Scott, President

Kamaria is the Founder and CEO of Enetic, a boutique consulting firm that specializes in helping organizations improve employee engagement, well-being and performance. She has over 20 years’ experience implementing human-centered learning and OD solutions to improve organizational culture, performance, and experience in healthcare, financial services, and technology organizations.  

Kamaria is also a co-leader of the External Consulting CoP.


Rebecca Castillo,  Communication Director 

Rebecca is currently an Organizational Development Specialist at BCC Engineering, a Civil Engineering firm based out of Miami. She has a double Bachelor's in Sociology & Psychology from Stetson University and a Master's in  Organizational Leadership from Colorado Christian University and has over 8 years of human resource experience. Rebecca is passionate about the employee development experience and creating accessible and inclusive opportunities for her staff. 

Paul Patti, Hospitality Director

Paul is a licensed Psychologist with over forty years' experience in behavioral care service delivery, hospital-based care systems and working for top third pay payers. I specialize in mentoring those professionals and executives in career development and improving their day to day operational and supervisory skill sets. I also working with small business who are in the process of expanding and taking their businesses to the next level of growth and complexity.


Stephnie Stern, PhD, SHRM-SCP, Membership VP

Stephnie is a seasoned, dedicated, and visionary Organization Development (OD) and Human Resources (HR) professional with over 20 years of experience delivering outstanding results across a wide range of organizations. She has been at the forefront of organizations, from emerging startups to multinational corporations, driving transformative initiatives and fostering people development. Her deep understanding of organizational behavior and unparalleled skill in applying theoretical frameworks to practical challenges have established her as a valued expert in the field. As a collaborative strategic partner to organizational leadership, she consistently plays a pivotal role in shaping organizational culture, enhancing employee engagement, and building high-performance teams. 

Donna Simonetta, Community Programs & Events Director

Donna is an Organizational Development professional with extensive global experience building organizational capability by aligning people, programs, and processes to strategic business objectives. As a consultant, Donna channels her passion for collaborating with HR and business leaders to create tailored talent solutions that enhance efficiency and drive employee engagement.


JB Adams,  Bimonthly Programs Co-VP

J.B. Adams is a speaker, writer, and expert on interpersonal trust in the workplace. As a management consultant and executive coach, he has designed and delivered innovative learning experiences and provided mission-critical consulting expertise to emerging startups, corporate icons, and major government agencies.  He earned his Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from The University of Florida and he also holds an MBA from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida, and a BS from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.


Susanne Walker,  Secretary


Susanne has an enduring interest in helping leaders build strong, effective teams by increasing their capacity to achieve goals and thrive in their roles. She uses a step-by-step, insight-to-action approach to clarify values, tap into strengths, and build confidence as they work to realize their potential. Susanne is a certified coach, facilitator, and trainer with extensive experience in leadership coaching, leadership and team development, and group facilitation. She also has focused on strategic planning, learning program design and delivery, and program evaluation throughout her career. She has applied her broad experience to roles in the public, private, non-profit, and academic sectors.

Delroy Waugh, Bimonthly Co-VP


Delroy is a Senior Talent Acquisition Leader, Leadership Development Coach, and the CEO of ADIBE Collaborative, a social impact company focused on providing tools and resources for measuring diversity, equity, and inclusion impact in the non-profit sector. He has worked across industries including genomics, software development, and education, bringing a people-first approach to talent acquisition. He is also the creator of the PQ (Power Quotient) assessment, which helps organizations measure the effectiveness of their programs and their participants' potential for success.   He holds an MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business


Keith Smith, Treasurer

Keith has a 30+ year track record that includes strategic HR work with leaders at Disney in a myriad of diverse industries like Entertainment, Hospitality, Hotels, Call Centers, Finance, IT, Zoos and Aquariums, Technology, Theme Parks, Corporate Partnerships, Credit Unions as well as in Non-Profit Arts & Culture. Now in his own HR Consulting practice, he provides business growth solutions for visionary leaders who know the collective value of aligning their team’s great ideas!

Vicki Bautista

Photo of Vicki Bautista Vicki is a Career Coach devoted to helping people identify their distinct genius and apply a strategic and intentional approach to seeking possibilities to attain career purpose and fulfillment.   She served in various HR leadership roles at YUM Brands where she combined her passion and know how for talent capability, organizational development, strategic contribution and service to institute and champion business solutions that propel individuals and teams to achieve breakthrough performance.

Kathryn Farynowski

Kathryn has served in multiple executive roles during her career, primarily in Supply Chain, Quality, and Data Science.  She became active in GOOD to enhance her skills in planning and change management.  Her work experience includes positions with Whirlpool, Fortune Brands, Haworth, and Orange County, and she now focuses on volunteer work including leadership roles with Rotary.  She is a registered Professional Engineer and received ASQ certification in Quality and Organizational Excellence.

Peggy Jackson

Peggy is the founder of Thrive Development Partners, LLC where she works with organizations to cultivate authentic, sustainable leaders and teams through group facilitation and individual coaching.  


Jerry Salsburg

Jerry is a seasoned Performance Consultant Leadership Development Specialist, and Executive Coach.  He has a passion for accelerating leaders’ success and building organizational capabilities.

Communities of Practice LEADERS

Karen Agrait, Coaching Group Co-Chair

Karen is a  leadership coach and a TD/OD practitioner who helps individuals and teams unlock their potential through strengths-based strategies. With certifications like PCC, High-Performance Coach, KornFerry 360 and Gallup CliftonStrengths, she brings a data-driven approach to leadership development and cultural transformation. Karen specializes in assessment analytics, employee experience, and driving meaningful change.


Tanya C. Andrews, PhD, Mentoring Co-Chair

Tanya is an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist with 25 years of experience in leadership assessment, coaching, and development. She has worked internally as well as an external consultant in private, public, and non-profit organizations in healthcare, technology, hospitality, and government. She is a long-time member of the Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology (SIOP) and has published articles and presented at global SIOP conferences. She is the Principal consultant  at Connect Coaching & Consulting.


Kevin McCarthy, Coaching Group Co-Chair

Kevin is a consultant with private business owners and independent consultants to clarify purpose, design aligning strategy, structures, and systems for greater satisfaction, success, and profitability, i.e. to be On-Purpose®.  He is the author of "The On-Purpose Person, Making Your Life Make Sense" and 6 other titles.  He holds a MBA from the Darden School, University of Virginia and a BS in Business & Economics, Lehigh University.


Cassie Wojcik, Internal Consulting Co-Chair

Cassie is a dynamic HR Project Manager with a talent for aligning people strategies with organizational goals. She’s energized by change management, employee engagement, and culture transformation, designing programs that empower teams and drive meaningful results. With a proven track record of managing and contributing to organizational and HR initiatives, she is skilled in building cross-functional collaboration, enhancing communication, and fostering inclusive workplaces. Her passion for continuous improvement and her ability to translate vision into actionable outcomes make her a trusted partner in achieving organizational success. Cassie is committed to creating environments where individuals thrive and businesses grow.  Cassie also co-leads the Internal Consulting CoP.


Kristine Ryan, LD2 - Combined Leadership Development & Learning and Development  Chair

Photo of Kristine Ryan Kristine is originally from Chicago and has experience in counseling, coaching, instructional design, and leadership development. Most of her career has been in mental health and healthcare, and her passion is in helping people who help people. A GOOD member since 2020 (with a break during part of 2022), she loves how the members support each other and share their knowledge. She approaches learning, leadership, and what makes people tick with curiosity. She is influential, positive, and determined to understand people in order to drive increased emotional intelligence and application of learning.


Yogi Mueller,  Internal Consulting Co-Chair

Yogi is an accomplished Organizational Development and Talent Development leader with over 25 years of experience designing impactful learning experiences and delivering solutions that align human capital management with strategic business goals and objectives. As Owner and Chief Craftsman at Craft Leadership LLC, Yogi partners with organizations to enhance team cohesion and operational efficiency through innovative, data-driven strategies. Previously, he served as Vice President of Leadership and Talent Development at Hilton Grand Vacations and Bluegreen Vacations, leading initiatives that improved performance and fostered leadership excellence. With a collaborative, inclusive approach, Yogi empowers teams, builds high-performing organizations, and drives growth. He holds an MBA from Webster University, a BA in Public Relations from Marquette University, and certifications in Talent Development.


Brandon Wilks, Organizational Inclusion  Chair

Brandon is an organizational change consultant with passion for co-creating growth-oriented and values-based people strategies with leaders. He leads with inclusive and participatory practices for clients to find the clarity needed to advance changes in how they work together. He graduated from Harvard University with a bachelor's in Sociology and Psychology and from Northwestern with a MS in Learning and Organizational Change.
