learning & development cop

The Learning & Development Community of Practice focuses on serving the interests of our members focused on workplace learning within the GOOD Network.  All are welcome!

In 2025 the Learning and Leadership Development CoP meetings will be combined and listed in the Event Calendar as LD². 

The objectives of this COP are to: 

• Provide a network of L&D professionals who are interested in sharing best/next practices and experiences with each other.

• Provide a forum for L&D professionals to test new products, ideas, activities or presentations to gain valuable feedback from their peers.

• Discuss new trends (and separate the HYPE!) and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives.

If you are involved in the Learning & Development community, or are interested in joining the L&D profession, this COP will provide valuable information and insight into how it exists today and where the discipline is headed in the future.
