Assessment Tools for Consultants

Interested in expanding the services and support you provide to clients? The next External Consultants SIG meeting will focus on two powerful assessment tools: the Work of Leaders Profile and 20/20 Insight.

Leilani M. Poland and Ayesha Bullock from TRC -The Resource Connection will provide an overview of the new Everything DiSC Work of Leaders® Profile. Using the framework of Vision, Alignment, and Execution, the Work of Leaders Profile provides leaders with an understanding of their leadership behaviors and how those behaviors impact their effectiveness. Respondents receive a 20+ page report of their results that helps them take action with personalized tips and strategies that give clear direction and are easy to apply. Context-specific feedback and developmental steps along with case-in-point narratives show how progress can play out in real life.

20/20 Insight will be presented by Meredith Bell, the President of Performance Support Systems, via webinar. 20/20 Insight is a highly customizable online feedback tool which allows you to set up surveys to collect virtually any type of feedback from any number of people about the performance of an individual, a team, or even an entire organization. It permits you to jointly work with your client in selecting categories and specific areas to be assessed from a library containing more than 1200 items in over 160 categories. This assessment tool can be used for 360 degree feedback, customer surveys, and employee opinion surveys, to name but a few.
