LISTENING PAYS for GREAT ORGANIZATIONS

Organizational effectiveness hinges on many factors with human performance being a primary driver.  Listening is the cornerstone of all human behavior.  Yet, it’s estimated that 5% of the adult population have formal listening training or education.  Is it any wonder that costs mount up daily in many organizations due to listening breakdowns?  Imagine what could happen if an organization intentionally embraced listening as a key value that leads to measurable outcomes.

During this interactive session, you will learn about factors that contribute to a ‘listening organization’ and ultimately point toward greatness. By the end of this session, you will leave challenged to develop a listening focus in your organization as well as clients’ organizations.

Dr. Rick Bommelje, a noted consultant and author of several books on Listening will be our facilitator.
