"Ask First: Curiosity as an Inclusion Practice"
Organizational Inclusion Community of Practice
The Organizational Inclusion CoP creates a trusted and practical learning space to exchange ideas from research and our lived experiences, challenge existing practices, and discover organizational interventions and tools that make inclusion real and sustainable.
Inclusion often falters not from bad intent, but from assumption. We think we already know someone's experience, needs, or perspective. This session explores curiosity as a deliberate, learnable practice rather than a personality trait: how to ask better questions, sit with not-knowing, and stay open when a colleague's experience challenges our own. We'll draw on research and our own missteps to build habits of genuine inquiry that make inclusion more than a checklist.
Join us for a candid discussion on how organizations can embrace the current moment to continue making strides in fostering organizational inclusion.
