Ahmmad Brown, Ph.D


Join us for a candid discussion on how organizations can embrace the current moment to continue making strides in fostering organizational inclusion. 



Ahmmad Brown, PhD, is a Professor of the Practice at Tufts University’s Jonathan M. Tisch College of Civic Life and a Principal Advisor with Working IDEAL. A practitioner-scholar, Ahmmad studies and advises on organizational inclusion and the productive role of disagreement - especially in times of disruptive change. Grounded in organizational behavior and sociology, his work connects research and practice to shape new approaches to leadership, institutional design, and organizational learning. Learn more about Ahmmad's work here.
