Our first session gave us a shared experience of what a Business Lab could look like in practice. On Monday, February 2, we’ll take the next step.
We’ll focus on:
shaping the structure and logistics of a Business Lab for senior leadership teams
clarifying what leaders gain from the experience
exploring how individual and collective work might flow after a lab
This is still very much a work-in-progress. The intention is shared learning, thoughtful design, and figuring out what’s worth building together. So, If you joined the first session, this is a continuation. If you couldn’t join us last time, this is a good moment to step in.
