Session Overview

Organizational Development professionals are often asked to demonstrate the value of their work. In today’s environment, good intentions and engaging programs are not enough. Leaders want proof.

In this interactive session, we will explore how OD practitioners can move from activity to impact by strengthening how we design initiatives, analyze data, visualize insights, and tell compelling stories that influence decisions.

Through expert perspectives, table discussions, and individual application participants will explore practical strategies for turning their OD practice into measurable business value.

Agenda:

  • 8:30 AM -- Continental Breakfast
  • 9:00 AM -- Welcome and Announcements
  • 9:15 AM -- Program 

In person location -- Goodwill Industries of Central Florida, 7531 S. Orange Blossom Trail, Orlando FL

GOOD doing Good: The Goodwill location has opened up two opportunities for us:

  1. A tour of the store operations and the brand's new HQ at the end of the session 
  2. An opportunity for folks to bring things with them to be donataed. 

For donations, attendees can bring any clothing or home goods on the morning of the session. The guidance we received is that they will accept anything that fits in a standard tote bag. They will not accept any furniture.
