External Consulting CoP: Working Session + AI in Practice

This session is a working space for external consultants to reflect, problem-solve, and learn from one another in real time.

We’ll start with a quick check-in on what’s happened since we last met, then move into peer coaching on current challenges. Participants are invited to bring a situation they’re navigating, whether it’s a client dynamic, engagement design, or delivery question, and we’ll work through it together as a group.

We’ll also spend a few minutes sharing how we’re using AI in our work. This is a simple show and tell, focused on real examples, tools, or prompts that are helping with things like outreach, communication, or delivery.
