Join us on July 15th for a program on "Both/And: Coaching Beyond Binary" which will be presented by Kayla Bigerton and Laura Slezak.

Session Description

This session tackles one of the most common traps in coaching: either/or thinking. When clients and coaches frame situations as binary, it forecloses possibilities before they’re even explored.

We’ll dig into what it looks like to hold two truths at once through both/ and thinking, map real leadership polarities, and connect it to the ICF Competencies coaches should have.
