PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
This session explores how coaches can establish and maintain healthy professional boundaries by defining key boundary types, understanding why they matter, and recognizing common challenges that arise in coaching relationships.
Participants will learn how to develop and communicate boundaries grounded in values, scope, competence, and clear agreements, while also identifying early warning signs of boundary erosion. Through frameworks, powerful questions, and a practical case study, the session equips coaches to navigate the continuum of coaching work with clarity, confidence, and ethical alignment.
