AI Adoption: Coaching Your Clients for Success

As AI reshapes the business landscape, coaches are increasingly being called upon to guide organizational leaders through one of the most complex decisions of our time: whether and how to adopt AI technology. This interactive session equips professional coaches with a practical framework for structuring coaching conversations around AI adoption decisions, from the CEO's initial strategic consideration through a leadership team's exploration of AI's impact across their respective divisions.

Using ICF competency-based coaching as our foundation, we will demonstrate a live coaching session with a CEO navigating an AI adoption decision, giving participants a front-row seat to see powerful questioning, active listening, goal-setting, and stakeholder alignment techniques in action. Participants will then engage in breakout sessions simulating team coaching and facilitation, working through leadership team scenarios designed to surface the next level of critical information needed for AI adoption decisions. 

Coaches with some familiarity with AI concepts will leave this session with a clear, repeatable structure for coaching clients through high-stakes technology decisions and the confidence to show up as a trusted guide in conversations that are already happening in boardrooms today.
