big umbrellaOrganizational Inclusion is about building workplaces where everyone can do their best work and feel part of the team. 

This new Community of Practice got off to a great start in October and is planning the December 11, 2025 meeting at 10:00 AM with a tentative title of "Actually Including Everyone."  

Brandon Wilks, CoP leader, will update this program description as the details of the December program comes together.   

Here are the aims of the Organizational Inclusion CoP:

  • Look at how team dynamics, leadership choices, and daily workflows impact the overall workplace experience.
  • Share practical ideas, tools, and real world examples for making inclusion a natural part of how the organization operates and succeeds.
