In the spirit of Halloween , we'll unearth the chilling  issue of leaders who are haunted by a lack of self-awareness—often ghosting  feedback, draining  team morale, and bewitching  performance in all the wrong ways.

Through the lens of Emotional Intelligence, we'll explore how to help leaders look in the mirror  (without turning to stone ) and confront the monsters within .
