Join the  Internal Consulting Community of Practice meeting on Thursday, November 13, 2025.  All members are welcome to attend - especially those interested in the internal consulting role in organizations. 

Not all followership is created equal. Some team members follow because they feel connected to the purpose, inspired by the “why,” and committed to shared success. Others follow out of fear, obligation, or pressure -and the results and energy in the team are very different.

Join the Internal Consulting Community of Practice for a conversational session exploring these different types of followership and how OD practitioners can support meaningful engagement and transformation. We’ll discuss how leaders can cultivate a culture that inspires commitment, how fear-based followership shows up, and practical ways to support meaningful engagement across the organization.
