"Doing the MOST GOOD in 2025"

Friday, February 14, 2025

Session Overview

REQUIRED PRE-WORK:
Please complete the MOST Assessment and bring your results to the meeting.
Type GOOD in Name of Organization field. This will enable us to discuss our members strengths & interests as a GOOD group during our session.

Friday, February 14 will be our first Bimonthly in 2025. This meeting's theme is you look GOOD in red. Wear red to our meeting in honor of spending this Valentine's Day discussing something we love - personal OD strengths and interests.

Join us for an interactive workshop led by Dr. Bill Brendelcreator of OpenSourceOD. His award winning MOST Assessment, which stands for Mastering Organizational and Societal Transformation, is the first psychometrically validated OD competency assessment. It measures an individual’s OD strengths and interests and produces a personally customized, evidence-based report with meaningful, and practical OD career development advice.

Whether you are an emerging, transitioning, or veteran OD practitioner, the MOST is designed to help you better understand your unique fit in the world of OD and accelerate career growth.  Complete the MOST Assessment prior to our event and then join this interactive session as we discuss and apply our results to our day-to-day work.
