While your mission may be the heart of the business, the audience is the lifeblood. Your audience needs to know that your product or service is for them to keep them flowing through and your business alive. But have you taken the time to get to know them? Many business owners know the technical features of their business like the back of their hand because that’s what excites them. But let me tell you a secret: your audience doesn’t really care. They truly want to know “What’s In It For Me?”

In this chat, we’ll talk about why defining your dream client matters, how to get to know them beyond the demographics, and outline the benefits that your offering has for them. This way, they can see themselves as the hero on the other side of working with you. Let’s get them excited about your offer! Are you ready?
