Program Description:

During this discussion, we will delve into the profound impact of unhealed limiting beliefs, particularly those stemming from trauma, on professionals, teams, and organizations. Recognizing that most individuals will encounter events in their lives that could be deemed traumatic, this workshop seeks to redefine trauma, exploring its manifestations in the workplace. Together, we will gain insights into the adverse outcomes of unaddressed trauma-induced beliefs and uncover strategies for fostering resilience, empowerment, and positive growth. Objectives: 

1. Define and Understand Trauma: Establish a comprehensive understanding of trauma and its various forms, recognizing its potential influence on individual and collective beliefs in a professional setting. 

2. Recognize Adverse Outcomes: Examine the far-reaching consequences of unhealed limiting beliefs arising from trauma, identifying their impact on professional growth, team dynamics, and organizational success. 

3. Empower Through Healing Strategies: Explore actionable tools and strategies to address and overcome trauma-induced limiting beliefs, creating a workplace culture that fosters healing, support, and collective achievement.

Wendy Carter is an accomplished ICF Certified Coach and Leadership Development Practitioner with over 15 years of experience in Human Resources within the Fortune 100 sector. She brings a wealth of expertise in Leadership Development across multiple industries, having held Senior Leadership roles at esteemed organizations such as AdventHealth, Walt Disney Company, and Citigroup.

Currently serving as the Founder of Emerge Development Solutions, Wendy specializes in providing top quality individual, group, and team coaching to Fortune 500 organizations.
