"Creating a Coaching Culture in Organizations: An Overview Of How To Build A Coaching Program In Your Company."

Presentation Overview: Strategic Coaching Programs in Organizations are becoming more popular as businesses learn how valuable an in-house coaching program can be for their employees. In this webinar, we'll take a high-level look at the benefits of building a Coaching Culture in an Organization; the basics of Organizational Coaching; types of Coaching used in Organizations; skills and techniques that are useful for Coaching in Organizations; and a Model Organizational Coaching Strategy. 

Bio: Mimi Layton is a Sr. Consultant for Talent Development for Orlando Utilities Commission and has been in Corporate Training and Leadership Development for 20+ years and is working on building a strong Coaching Culture within OUC. In addition, she is an ICF certified ACC coach, and sits as the Outreach Co-Chair for ICF- Central Florida.
