Welcome to the Coaching CoP!

All members interested in Coaching are invited to our Coaching Community of Practice.  

PROGRAM 

“A Tale of Two Coaches”  will be facilitated by Marna Killian, ACC,  Jerry Salsburg, and Don Knagge, PCC. 

Join us as two coaches highlight their journeys to coaching professionally. You’ll learn the fundamentals of coaching as well as tips and tricks to our profession. Whether you are a seasoned coach, a new coach or you are considering becoming a coach, this session will provide you with information to guide you on your journey.

Marna Killian

Marna is a credentialed executive coach, consultant, facilitator and speaker. She specializes in Leadership Development, Organizational & Culture Strategy, Employee Value Proposition & Branding, and Talent Strategy.  Marna built her career as a Human Resources Executive, achieving business results through people.  She believes successful company strategy and culture is driven through leadership.  Marna received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hospitality Management from the University of Denver and an M.B.A. from the Crummer School of Business at Rollins College. Her expertise is complemented by certifications including SHRM-SCP, ICF, iPEC, and Predictive Index.

Jerry Salsburg

Jerry is an innovative Talent Development leader specializing in Executive Coaching, Leadership, Team, and Organizational Development in both domestic and international spaces.  Jerry combines Learning and Organizational Development solutions to build client organizations’ capabilities in meeting the challenges of an evolving workforce. He is a founding member of the GOOD Network, and a past President.

Your CoP Leaders in 2024 are : 

Don Knagge, CPC, PCC of 7th Evolution Coaching & Consulting, works as an Executive Leadership Coach working with Individuals & teams. 

Krystena Sterling CPC, ACC is an executive coach and I/O psychologist who works at Lockheed Martin and also has her own coaching business,  Sterling Coaching and Consulting Group.
