All members interested in Coaching are invited to our March Coaching Community of Practice.  

PROGRAM

This session aims to provide insights into the concept of career transition and how blending elements of coaching and consulting can significantly enhance the outcomes for both clients and practitioners. Participants will gain an understanding of the various types of career transition engagements, debunk common myths surrounding this topic, and explore practical frameworks to navigate this complex process effectively.

PRESENTERS

Jennifer Cain, ACC is the owner of JC Coaching and Consulting. She is a passionate certified Leadership and Career Coach with a remarkable ability to empower individuals to break through barriers and achieve their fullest potential.  With a successful 15-year career in various areas of Human Resources and holds a degree in Organizational Communication from Rollins College, a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) credential through iPEC and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification through the International Coach Federation (ICF). Her academic and career foundation is complemented by SHRM-CP certifications in Human Resources.

Mimi Layton, ACC is a Sr. Consultant for Talent Development for Orlando Utilities Commission and has been in Corporate Training and Leadership Development for 20+ years. She has a BA in English Literature and an MA in Adult Education and Distance Learning. She is an ICF certified ACC coach and is trained in Positive Intelligence®.  Mimi is originally from the Orlando area but left in 1992 for school and career. She moved back 4 years ago to be able to go to Disney more often! She and her husband Eric have 3 dogs and a cat and love to try new breweries and restaurants in the Central Florida area.

Krystena Sterling CPC, ACC is an executive coach and I/O psychologist who works at Lockheed Martin and also has her own coaching business,  Sterling Coaching and Consulting Group.
