"Virtual Engagement"

The July 27th meeting of the Learning & Development CoP will welcome Rebecca DeJesus who will facilitate the discussion of "Virtual Engagement."

The look of standard L&D is changing, and practitioners are being challenged to create engaging, impactful, and rich curriculums to translate in a virtual environment. Join us as we unpack some of the benefits of virtual engagement and how to work through the challenges of virtual learning. We hope this time allows an open forum to share ideas on successes and solutions to training in a virtual world. 

Rebecca DeJesus is a Human Resources professional with 6+ years experience. She has worked in defense, healthcare, ministry, general consulting, and now in engineering. Rebecca is passionate about creating and enhancing corporate training and development and currently working on developing sustainable learning and development in her organization.

Kristine Ryan is the Learning and Development CoP Leader.
