We will be flying in Dr. Chuck Appleby from Washington DC area to facilitate this session.
Program Description
This highly interactive learning experience will explore the nature of complex, adaptive challenges and the use of a novel approach to problem solving, integrating mindsets and practices from action learning and design thinking.

Speaker Bio
Chuck Appleby, PhD is one of the world’s leading practitioners in solving complex organizational challenges thru the use of action learning and design thinking. He is the Founder and President of Appleby & Associates, an organization development consulting firm. He specializes in the development of innovative, high-performing organizations.
He has had over 200 clients in industry, non-profits, non-governmental organizations, as well as federal and county government agencies. His clients include Microsoft, Intel, Salesforce, Amazon Web Services, Goodwill Industries International, the U.S. Department of Energy, Arlington County, and the World Bank Group.
Chuck has served as an Adjunct Faculty member in the Human and Organization Learning Program at The George Washington University and in the Organizational Development Certificate Program at Georgetown University. He has a BA in economics and history from Dartmouth College, and a Ph.D. in International Relations from the Johns Hopkins University, School of Advanced International Studies.
