Session Overview

Our Annual Best Practices program is finalized!  We are offering longer presentation segments to our presenters this year which will give us time for a deeper exploration of some important topics.   

Segment 1 -- Readying Our Universe For the Future: Care and Connection 

Kristin Chase, Sr. Director of OD, Anisa Ali, Assistant Director of OD and Cara Kenley-Vargas, Manager Talent Development from Universal Orlando.

Universal is at a pivotal time post-pandemic as we anticipate future growth and the growing business imperative to continue re-imagining how to best retain and develop talent. Through strategic planning, structured tools, processes, and programs, and a personalized, caring approach focused on human connection, we are taking a multi-faceted approach to the complex challenge of leading and developing hospitality industry operations focused human capital.  This session will share a variety of tools and practices that span across our Organizational Development and Talent Development teams.

Segment 2 -- We See GOOD in YOU!  An interactive experience 

Segment 3 -- Key Aspects of Supporting Change in your Organization

Tracey McDade, Senior Consultant and Change Expert with Curium Solutions  will share best practices on this important topic.

Registration is now open!  Please register for the attendance option you will use.  We will use the in person registration count to order food for the meeting, so please register accordingly so we don't over or under order.
