Kamaria Scott is the Founder and CEO of Enetic, a boutique consulting firm that specializes in helping organizations improve employee engagement, well-being and performance. She has over 20 years’ experience implementing human-centered learning and OD solutions to improve organizational culture, performance, and experience in healthcare, financial services, and technology organizations.
Kristen Cooper works as the IT Training Manager for Gray-Robinson, an AM Law 200 law firm, she heads training for the firm with 15 locations and a hybrid work environment. For the last 20 years, Kirsten has designed and delivered thousands of interactive courses, webinars and workshops. She had had various roles within some of the largest hospitality companies and has recently moved into the legal sector.
