Don Knagge, CPC, PCC of 7th Evolution Coaching & Consulting, works as an Executive Leadership Coach working with Individuals & teams. He specializes in Confidence/Competence work to accelerate professionals to achieve their goals, reach beyond what they think they can do, and how one can recreate oneself in this VUCA world.
Krystena Sterling CPC, ACC is an executive coach and I/O psychologist who works at Lockheed Martin and also has her own coaching business, Sterling Coaching and Consulting Group where she specializes in assisting individuals and organizations excel through emotional engagement and service. Prior to Lockheed Martin, she worked in the hospitality industry for over 30 years in various disciplines, including operations, learning and development, and project management. She has led 5-500 employees at companies such as House of Blues, Walt Disney World, and Disney Cruise Line.
