PROGRAM
Neurodiversity has become a hot topic lately, but it’s such a huge concept that it might be a little hard to digest. This presentation will explore what neurodiversity is, how it’s already affecting you, and how you can make a difference. Through our panel discussion and group interactions, you'll learn about legal considerations, emerging ideas, practical tips, and resources that will help you to be allies of neurodiverse individuals in everyday circumstances. We hope this brings all of us together to create more inclusive environments and encourage a culture of compassion.
Bios
Rebecca Fior works for Bank of America as a Life Event Services Consultant. She supports employees impacted by Domestic Violence, Threat to Self-Harm, Mental Health and Wellness events as well as other critical events, i.e. Shootings, Natural Disasters, Protest Activity, etc. She is a Neurodiversity Champion and a Military Subject Matter Expert.
Deb Mitchell is an ICF-certified executive, leadership and career coach, also with a long career of executive experience in Fortune 250 companies. She works with clients to identify and leverage their unique strengths and develop sustainable approaches to continue their forward momentum.
Damita Wright is an Organizational Readiness Senior Analyst with AdventHealth’s corporate office, specializing in change management. Her passion is helping people to reach their goals and asking the right questions to breathe life into the right solutions. She brings 10+ years of experience doing this in various industries, as well as personal experience with neurodiversity.

Don Knagge of 7th Evolution Coaching & Consulting, works as an Executive Leadership Coach working with Individuals & teams. He specializes in Confidence/Competence work to accelerate professionals to achieve their goals, reach beyond what they think they can do, and how one can recreate oneself in this VUCA world.
