"Responsive Behaviors in Coaching Conversations"

Coaching Community  of practice Meeting -  September 16, 2022

11:30 AM - 1:00 PM

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

One distinguishing quality of the coaching professional is facilitating the client’s wisdom. To do so, the coach must work with and respond to what the client presents rather than setting the agenda or content of the coaching conversation for the client.

During the workshop, we will explore the meaning of responsiveness and demonstrate how to do it. Attending this session will build confidence in building capacity for responsive behaviors in coaching.
