Welcome to the Coaching CoP and our March Program!

We are all trained, experienced leaders & coaches.  Sometimes clients or processes take us beyond our training and skills.  What do you do when you find yourself in the unknown?  Experience learning from each other as we share how we’ve successfully handled these uncomfortable moments in a coaching environment.        

Our March Presenters: 

Rosalie Webster:  HR Consultant at Health First in Brevard County.  Consults with leaders of the organization on strategy, structure, engagement.  Prior experience: VP of HR, International & Domestic organizational development and training experience for public 500 companies. 

Mari Lynch:  Certified Optimize Coach at Optimize Enterprises, Public Benefit Corporation.  Background in marketing and business career turning ideas and features into products and profits.   

Linda Martz:  Regional Training Manager at Walt Disney World Resort.  Consults with parks to strategize, develop and deliver training.  Previously a Meetings & Marketing Manager supporting US Sales Team in medical device.  Class of 2020 MHR from Rollins College. 

Your Coaching CoP Lead

Don Knagge of 7th Evolution Coaching & Consulting, works as an Executive Leadership Coach working with Individuals & teams. He specializes in Confidence/Competence work to accelerate professionals to achieve their goals, reach beyond what they think they can do, and how one can recreate oneself in this VUCA world.

The Coaching CoP will meet bi-monthly on the 3rd Friday in March, May, July, September and November.
