"The Great Resignation Retention Conversation"

Thursday, March 3, 2022  from 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM.    

There has been a lot of talk about the upcoming Great Resignation, but what is it all about?  Why are people leaving and how can we keep them if we do not want them to leave? 

Come prepared to discuss your challenges and successes around retaining employees. We will prime the conversation with these questions:
  • How often do people change jobs?
  • How do we evaluate the length of stay? (The Alliance by Reid Hoffman)
  • What can we do to keep our employees? 

We will also have Matt Channing, Director of People Strategies and Infomatics at Advent Health, sharing best practices within the healthcare industry.

In this session you will be able to:
  • Discuss best practice retention tools for implementation  
  • Analyze the analytics around talent management for your organization
  • Revise talent management strategies to enhance productivity and overall employee engagement
