In this introductory session for 2021, Megan Schwartz, our new L&D CoP leader  and Karen Agrait, Community Programs & Events Director, will be discussing Learning and Development's role in Organizational Development.

Meet the new L&D CoP Leader!

Megan Schwartz is originally from Indiana. She attended Indiana University where she received her MS. Ed.  She moved to Florida in 2004 and taught elementary education for 6 years before transitioning into Instructional Design after graduating with a MSID degree from St. Leo University. She is currently working full-time as an Instructional Designer and is pursuing her Master's in Professional Studies OD & Change at Penn State World Campus. She resides near Tampa, Florida with her three children.
