The Internal Consulting Community of Practice will meet on Thursday, August 5, 2021 from 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM.
PROGRAM DETAILS:
What a year it has been, and we have a chance to make some very different choices about how to design work to be engaging and sustainable while supporting everyone’s well-being. As many organizations are having workers return to the office, we can all make strategic and human-centered choices to reimagine how we work together. Our employees, now more than ever, want to feel supported and safe. As practitioners we need to start the conversations with our employees, peers, and executives to meet them where they are.
Our session will revolve around the designing of what work can look like with a human-centric lens. We aren’t talking compliance standards, COVID Guidelines, or business plans, but more around what does success look like in our new environment? We aren’t just going back to work or back to “normal”. We have been working and we have a new normal. Our employee expectations are changing, and we need to change with them.
Our goal for this session is to generate a conversation. We want to share what the research is telling us as well as hear from you about your experiences. Through this session we want to provide a question toolkit and solicit additional questions from you in hopes that you have the right set of questions to ask for your organization, rather than all the answers:
