The Internal Consulting Community of Practice will meet on Thursday, June 3, 2021 from 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM.
2020 redefined the relationship between work and technology for people around the world. Corporate employees were empowered to go remote thanks to digital meeting and collaboration tools like Zoom and MS Teams. Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) strategies ramped up on the frontlines to help workers access timely communication and training. Online learning activity may have spiked to unprecedented levels, but is L&D really leveraging its digital capability to its fullest extent? Are we simply swapping classroom sessions for eLearning, or are we seizing the opportunity to reimagine the role of L&D within the digital workplace?
Join JD Dillon, Chief Learning Architect at Axonify and Founder of LearnGeek, for a discussion on the modern learning technology ecosystem. JD will break down the seven ways technology can improve learning: speed, scale, consistency, simplicity, familiarity, personalization and equity. He'll also explain why a right-fit digital learning experience is critical for closing skills gaps and powering exceptional performance in today's workplace.
