Rethinking Trust and Psychological Safety in an Uncertain World

Coaching Community  of practice Meeting -  November 19, 2021

11:30 AM - 1:00 PM

As a coach we are conditioned to create an environment for our client of trust and psychological safety to enable them to grow. At the same time, many times our clients stumble with this critical skill that is essential in the work environment to help their teams and organizations excel especially in the current uncertain work climate.  Harvard Business Review came out with a study that reveals these interesting facts:

Compared with people at low-trust companies, people at high-trust companies report: 74% less stress, 106% more energy at work, 50% higher productivity, 13% fewer sick days, 76% more engagement, 29% more satisfaction with their lives, 40% less burnout.

So how do we as coaches, help enable our clients develop trust and psychological safety outside our own walls as they go back to their workplaces? In this session we will discuss this critical topic in an uncertain and every changing environment.
