Presenter Bio:
Cathy Geib, MPOD, PCC, BCC is the founder of Authentic Focus Consulting LLC, a vision-driven executive coaching practice. Cathy coaches leaders to inspire and allow people to bring their authentic selves to work, creating the conditions for sustainable high performance. She also conducts retreats for women leaders designed for connecting and learning at the intersection of purpose and possibilities.
