For January and February, we will dive into the power of CQ to lead change that sticks! 

In January, take the CQ assessment in the book and read Chapters 1-8.  In February, we will cover topics in Chapters 9-16.

SUMMARY

Various estimates, as many as 70% or more of change efforts fall short of expectations. With so much experience with change, what have we learned? Methods to "manage change" are baseline competencies. Truly effective change agents LEAD change.
