“The Symbiosis of Organizational Knowledge Retention and Project Management”
Project Management Community of Practice

When:  Thursday, July 15, 2021 at 5:00 PM

Where:  On Zoom

Program Description

While many organizations have developed mature project management processes, systems and practices, they can still suffer knowledge loss if there isn't a corresponding plan for knowledge management. Organizations can foster better knowledge retention through careful choice and use of various collaborative and cutting edge technologies. We'll explore the intersection of these two important areas of management.

For the past quarter century, Dr. Clark Shah-Nelson, DBA has worked at the juncture of distance learning teaching, instructional design, online education administration and evidence-based management. His recent dissertation, How Organizations Leverage Collaborative Technologies for Knowledge Management is openly available on ResearchGate.net.

Location:  This will be a virtual meeting using ZOOM.  Your registration confirmation email will have the Zoom access URL.
