Program Description

Sara Willox, guest presenter, will talk about how to use the DMAIC model to make decisions during all phases of a project.  The problem or situation that prompted the project to commence is the most important to understand as it will guide all decisions made throughout the project.  The DMAIC model is derived from six sigma theories and helps to ensure that decisions address the root cause which will lead to successful outcomes.
