The pandemic and our enhanced awareness of racial and gender inequities have radically changed our lives and the way we do business. Add weather/climate concerns, political divisiveness, fake news and information glut and it is easy to see why people are stressed.
These changes are the manifestations of an evolutionary shift in consciousness that is transforming individuals, organizations, and our world. As individuals we cannot control these changes, however we can chose how we transition through them.
Although there is much talk about the new normal, no one really knows what this is. Thus, it is important to understand the process of transitions in order to successfully guide yourself, your organization and associates through these changes.
In this session with Aimee Bernstein of Open Mind Adventures, you'll learn:
If your attempts at controlling change are not working, if you are wondering what you are doing wrong and when all the struggle might end, then please join us!
GOOD CARES PROGRAM ADDITION:
We will have Elma Clarke, a representative from LinkedIn, who will share some information on job seeking, building resumes, skill building, and reveal their new Career Exploration dashboard where you put in your skills and it will give you different type of jobs that fit within your skillset.
