The Internal Consulting Community of Practice will meet on Thursday, February 4, 2021 from 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM.    


PROGRAM DETAILS:

COVID-19 has caused unprecedented disruption in how our organizations and teams’ work. Standard operating models have been turned on their head. Control has been snatched from our hands with an uncertain timeline for when things get back to “normal.” Creating personal boundaries has never been more important.  

In this session you will be able to:

  • Discuss the mental health impact of Covid-19 on companies and staff
  • Define your personal and work boundaries
  • Deal with compassion fatigue and build greater compassion resilience
  • Apply new techniques to create your personal boundaries 
  • Address how to re-onboard employees to operate successfully in this new world
  • Share insights and best practices from other colleagues
