In today’s ever-changing environment, helping others develop and be open to learning is key. Join us as we unpack how you can use coaching skills to do that more effectively.
Using the Intentional Change Theory framework, we will explore how and why to coach with compassion. We’ll discuss how to help people make desired, sustained change – the kind we all really want to create. We’ll share key principles and clear strategies to help you and your clients walk side by side with others in helping them to unpack their potential.
