"Coaching Skills for Difficult Conversations"

Coaching Community Of Practice Meeting -  July 10, 2020

The next meeting of the Coaching CoP will be on Friday, July 10, 2020 at 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM via Zoom

Program 

In this program we will discuss a powerful framework to help make it safe to talk about difficult topics — those in which stakes are high and emotions are strong.  You can expect an open dialogue around how to leverage coaching skills to assist clients when dealing with difficult conversations. We we will invite others to share their tools and skills that have helped their clients in breakthrough conversations.

We will reference resources and books such as:  Crucial Conversations by Patterson, Grenny, McMillian, and Switzler and Fierce Conversations by Susan Scott to name a few. 

Our July program will be hosted by Krystena Sterling, Certified Professional Coach & current President of Good Network, Anne Mayer, OD Consultant at Lockheed Martin and Don Knagge, Certified Professional Coach of 7th Evolution Coaching and Consulting, LLC , and Good Network  Chair for Coaching Community of Practice.
