By popular request (and rescheduled from May), the next Coaching COP is “Pathways to ICF Coach Credentialing.” This review will include the available pathways to International Coaching Federation Credentialing “Gold Standard”. We will outline and discuss:
- ACTP (Accredited Coach Training Program)
- ACSTH (Approved Coaching Specific Training Hours)
- Coaching Tiers: ACC (Associate Certified Coach) , PCC (Professional Certified Coach), & MCC (Master Certified Coach)
- What defines Certified Coaching as a profession
Presented Giuseppe Totino, MCC, CPF, LM MSc
Giuseppe Totino MCC, CPF, LLM, MSc Giuseppe Totino, Master Certified Coach (MCC) and Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF), is the Principal of Giuseppe Totino LLC, a professional and leadership development business.
For over 15 years he has worked with corporate leaders and with coaches as an executive educator, facilitator, coach, and mentor. Giuseppe received his Master Coach Credential in 2018 from the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is currently among the youngest to hold this credential worldwide.
Giuseppe is an ICF Registered Mentor Coach and an Assessor for both the ICF MCC and PCC credentialing. For the ICF he delivers the Assessor PCC Markers Training Program worldwide in English and launched the same Program in Spanish in 2018. For his expertise in the field, in 2019 ICF invited him to be part of a very small team of Subject Matter Experts to make recommendations on the changes to the ICF Core Competencies and the assessment process.
