PROGRAM DETAILS

If you have ever had a prized project get derailed causing aggravation, missed deadlines and stress headaches, this session is for you. Cynthia Barnes (Goodwill Industries and Internal Consulting Co-Chair) and Deborah Novak (DSN Consulting and Internal Consulting Co-Chair) will give you some tools to integrate Project Management and Change Management and bust those silos that derail your project. 

Marry the process and people side of projects to build success. Cynthia will be presenting Six Sigma tools and Deborah will be presenting change management tools.   

This session will be interactive and practical so bring a project idea with you .
