In this session, Giuseppe Totino will guide you on a discovery of what successful coaching looks and feels like, how coaching is different from other modalities such as mentoring, and how to select the right type of engagement for your and your organization. Giuseppe will also help you explore what coaching failures can look like and how to avoid these. You will have the opportunity to experience coaching and other forms of modalities in an interactive experience to be able to walk away a better understanding of this modality of personal and professional exploration.
Speaker Bio
Giuseppe Totino is a Master Certified Coach and Certified Professional Facilitator. For over 15 years he has worked with leaders in organizations and in the training of coaches as well as mentoring coaches who are applying for credentials. He has received certifications from The International Coach Academy, the Institute of Cultural Affairs, and has studied with the Centre for Nonviolent Communication. As a faculty member of several coaching schools, he runs both Group and Individual Mentor Coaching Programs, and is the creator of The EASY Framework, to help coaches easily and intuitively build confidence of the Coaching Core Competencies that are being exhibited when in a coaching conversation. Giuseppe is an ICF Registered Mentor Coach and an Assessor for the ICF MCC and PCC credentialing. In 2018 he was invited to learn the behavioral markers for ICF and subsequently to launch and deliver the PCC Markers Training Program in Spanish.
