"Emotional Intelligence in Facilitation" -- Learning & Development Community of Practice - August 24, 2018
The topic for our August meeting will be “Emotional Intelligence in Facilitation.” We are going to dive into how emotional intelligence plays a large role in the job of facilitators. Managing emotions, opinions, and sometimes even debates while facilitating can be challenging. Ensuring facilitators have advanced skills in empathy and managing conflict is imperative to foster a collaborative and safe training space.
This is a Members Only Event and requires a member event registration prior to attending.
