“The Art of Courage at Work:   Developing a professional moral courage framework to better prepare, respond to, and flourish within the socio-economic pressures of today’s organizational climate.”

More than ever, the perceived moral conduct of an organization within its messaging, intentions, and actions can have a devastating effect on survival of an organization, a team, or an individual leader.  HR/OD professionals are uniquely positioned to assist their customers and clients in developing a clear and consistent professional moral courage framework, thereby helping to prevent individual and organizational catastrophes.

KEY LEARNING OUTCOMES (KLO’s):  By the end of the session the HR/OD professionals gathered will have the tools and information to:

  • Develop a professional moral courage inventory and understand their personal style within in.
  • Strengthen others to respond and lead within a daily, consistent, professional courage framework.
  • Be able to discuss crucial topics with clients and leaders such as everyday ethics, reactive/responsive perceptions, collateral risks, productive entropy, as well as social-economic pressure.
  • Develop an understanding of the framework, so it is ready to implement within internal and external HR/OD professional environments.
